The Cone Nebula

The Dark Cone Nebula in Monoceros. Located about 1 degree south of the Christmas Tree asterism. It's position is at the top of the tree. Fainter than the Horse head in Orion. I doubt if it's visible, except photographically by film or CCD. See Burnham' Page 1208 for more information. Imaged with a ST-6 camera, Tri-colour RGB of 3-3-6 minutes.
