Camera Offsets and Mask Size are covered in the Camera manual. It is important to know, however that when processing the sample files that the M1 image should be set to Line Offset and the Garden Image set to Pixel offset. This is how the camera was set when acquiring the original images.

How to do it: Pull down the file menu, click on "Set Program Defaults".
