I imaged from the back yard in Oshawa tonight. Temperature range was from +10C to +3C (session from 21:00 to 05:00). Tonight's skies were the darkest and most transparent I've seen this year (I
was able to see the Teapot of Sagittarius even with the moon up!). Around 02:00 easterly breezes started to jiggle the scope, so I had to put up my makeshift shelter again just like last night.
I imaged NGC4565, M64, NGC5907 and M13.
| NGC 4565 |
50 minutes (100 x 30s) |
 |
| NGC 4565 (10" f/6.3 LX200). |
| M 64 |
45 minutes (90 x 30s) |
 |
| M 64 (10" f/6.3 LX200); 30 iterations of Lucy-Richardson deconvolution. |
| NGC 5907 |
47½ minutes (95 x 30s) |
 |
| NGC 5907 (10" f/6.3 LX200). |
| M 13 |
21½ minutes (43 x 30s) |
 |
| M 13 (10" f/6.3 LX200). |
