I imaged from the front porch in Oshawa tonight. Temperature range was from +20C to +16C (session from 22:30 to 03:30). I thought there were no breezes until I walked around to the back yard --
the front porch is sheltered from any N or E breezes by the house.
I imaged M20, M16, and M57. The seeing wasn't very good and I could only get the stars down to around 2.5 pixels (and they would regularly bloat to 3-4 pixels).
Around 03:15 (beginning of twilight) I used my C8 from the back yard to observe Comet Linear S4. It must be a good comet if it can be seen from Oshawa! S4 is showing a tail and should put on a
decent show during the next window...
