I imaged from Oshawa tonight with the MX9. The transparency was not too bad tonight; temperature range was +8..+2C (session from 21:30 to 05:30). I watched the occultation of Eta Geminorum with my C8 while the MX9 was doing dark frames. The occultation was quite spectacular: one second the star was there, the next it was gone!
I set up the scope very close to the house because of the strong winds. I was afraid my wind break might be blown apart by the strong winds. By 2am the winds had died down. Unfortunately I had to cut my imaging of M94, M20 and M22 short because they were being occulted by the house! But I still got decent shots of them.
