After a clear day, cirrus cloud started moving in around 19:00, though it seemed to finally leave after midnight. At dawn, more cirrus was noted, so I'm not sure if it was ever really clear tonight! There was no wind, moderate dew, and the temperature range was +18C to +13C (session from 2030 to 0530).

Doug Clapp came over and we did some camera testing with a beta version of MaxIm DL/CCD version 3! With the MX7C, we imaged M57 and M27, NGC 40 and 7635, as well as doing a bunch of test shots of various objects and camera modes. The final images of NGC 40 and 7635 are shown below.
