I imaged with the 7, 10 and 12-inch LX-200's at the Florida Imaging Centre using a couple of MX7C cameras and an MX5C. The 10 & 12" scopes each had an f/3.3 compressor to cut down on the focal length.
The moon was up for the first few hours of the night. I tried to image M30 and M72, but moonlight shining into the telescope created gradients that wrecked the images.
Thick fog put an end to deep sky imaging around 01:15, so I did some planetary imaging. The planetary shots came out well, but a 2x or 3x barlow would have enabled more detail to be imaged. When the limiting magnitude dropped to 2.0, I closed the observatory (at 04:20)! The low temperature for tonight was +8C.
