Temperature was +14C all night, transparency was not as good as last night (lots of murk around the horizons and light pollution to the east), and dew was light due to some breezes we had. I got really tired and had to pack it in just after 3:30 (due to only three hours sleep yesterday!). I used the MX9 and spent the evening in Sagittarius and got three nice globular images. There was a big crowd of Starfesters checking out my techniques, including the AutoFocus capability of MaxIm and the Optec TCF-S focuser.
Later I tried a couple of Pal globulars and a planetary in Pegasus, but they didn't turn out well enough to show. One problem that showed up tonight was noisy power (the noise came and went a couple of times) due to the length of the extension cords and large number of people with stuff plugged into them. Portable refrigerators seem to be quite common now, and I'm sure those motors are pumping lots of noise into the line -- might be time to think about a line conditioner!
