The last night at Starfest 2002. At twilight the sky was completely covered in cirrus cloud. Later, the sky overhead improved considerably while anything below about 30 degrees remained murky all night. I would have done CCD imaging but the transparency varied considerably and without warning, so for a change I did some visual observing with Paul Markov and Dave MacDonald.
