Overview
I imaged with the SXV-H9 and SXV-H9C this month, taking lots of "pretty pictures."
This month's session notes (for May 10/11 and May 19/20) are below the overview section.

Session Notes
Mon/Tue, May 10/11, 2004
I observed Comet C/2001 Q4 (NEAT) at dusk low in the west with 7x50mm binoculars from St. Lawrence St. (there was a low spot on the horizon between two houses).
Wed/Thu, May 19/20, 2003
I imaged tonight with the SXV-H9 (mono) binned 2x2. Early on I had a problem: light frames that looked like dark frames. Turns out the scope was pointing into the dome because I had set ECU to GMT - 4.0 hrs (should have been 5!). Once I fixed this, everything was OK again (previously I had a similar problem due to a daylight savings flag in the TI DigitalDomeWorks software). By this time unfortunately, I missed out on M68 and M83 (which I've never had a chance to image). 41 objects were imaged for ECU. While I was imaging IC1295 (a faint planetary) thin cloud moved in, ending the session (I did dark/bias frames before going to bed).
