Overview
I had to fight clouds this month to try to pile up the imaging time, so many of the nights this month were not full nights. Highlights of this month were the DV UMa, U Gem, and VW CrB outbursts. My wake-up system saw its first use this month (it alerted me to the VW CrB outburst at 3:30 in the morning!). This system consists simply of the PC's speakers -- extended by a long cable into the bedroom. The computer just plays music when it needs to wake me up. Simple but effective. With the full moon nearing its position, U Gem finally went into its much-anticipated outburst.
The SXV-H9 is the imaging camera, with exposures for variable stars of 120 seconds at 4x4 binning (unguided). This month's session notes are below the overview section.

Session Notes
Sun/Mon February 13/14, 2005
It was supposed to cloud over this evening, but the sky held until well after midnight. I fell asleep while a MaxIm sequence was running and lost 45 minutes of imaging time on DV UMa (it was just going into its third eclipse of my run too). Next time I'm doing a sequence, I'll put in a high enough number to keep it going until dawn! Cloud finally came in and I shut down about 03:30.
